Hemvan Wealth Advisory ("Hemvan", "we", "our", or "us") is a wealth advisory firm based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We provide financial planning, investment advisory, goal planning, risk management, retirement planning, tax planning, private wealth management, and corporate advisory services to individuals, families, and business owners across India.

What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you fill out our enquiry form, book a consultation, or become a client, we may collect:
- Full name, email address, phone number, and city of residence
- PAN card details and KYC documents when onboarding as a client
- Financial details including income, existing investments, liabilities, and financial goals
- Risk profile information gathered through our advisory questionnaire
- Communication history when you write to us by email or through our website form
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information:

Sharing of Information

- Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and insurance companies to process transactions or execute advisory instructions on your behalf
- Regulatory bodies including SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, or the Income Tax Department, when required by law or in response to a valid regulatory or court order
- Technology vendors who support our CRM, email, or analytics tools, under strict confidentiality and data processing agreements
- Professional advisors such as lawyers and auditors who are bound by confidentiality obligations
We do not share your sensitive financial data with any third party for purposes unrelated to your engagement with us.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure. Data shared with us during an engagement is handled within secured systems with access restricted to authorized personnel.
No method of transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot be held responsible for breaches that result from circumstances beyond our control. We retain client data for the duration of your engagement with us and for a period of at least five years after the relationship concludes, in line with SEBI's record-keeping requirements for investment advisors and mutual fund distributors.
Data collected through website enquiry forms is retained for up to two years unless the enquiry converts into a formal client engagement, in which case the longer retention period above applies.
When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in a manner consistent with our security obligations.

Your Rights
Subject to applicable law and our regulatory obligations, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to access — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Right to correction — you may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Right to deletion — you may request that we delete your data, subject to any legal or regulatory requirement that we retain it
- Right to withdraw consent — you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send
